    ● From 2003 on, while we endeavored to improve our service network in China, we have dispatched our outstanding technical service staffs to various regions in China and regularly held “Technical Trainings for Hikari brand Industrial Sewing Machine” to provide free trainings for our agents’ technical service staffs.
    ● In 2005, “Hikari 119 Fast Service System” became the first service brand of the industry with the commitment to our multitude of customers for the fastest onsite services under various circumstances.
    ● In 2006, we established the “Hikari Machine Repairing and Technical Representatives Club” with an aim to serve our industry peers in China and jointly enhance the core technical and service abilities of China’s sewing equipment industry.
